Yes absolutely! I have worked with and have a range of clients across Hampshire, Bristol, London, Birmingham, Ireland, and have even produced work for European mainland clients.

Often the timescale for a project is dictated by the client. If you have a deadline in mind, I will endeavour to meet it for you. The most common delay in the creation and completion of a new website is waiting for content (text/images etc.). I therefore ensure that I am very clear about the required content from the start. I will of course help you with any content ideas, image sourcing etc. as required.

For smaller projects, phone calls and emails can be sufficient. However for more complex online and offline projects it is best to meet. These meetings usually take about an hour and I always buy the coffee!

The quickest way of submitting any content is electronically (e.g. email, CD of images, portable disk drives etc.). Any text can be provided in Microsoft Word or similar format. Images can be provided in any image format - JPEG, PNG etc. I can also advise on any stock libraries should you require professional photography for your website or even recommend photographers for your project should you require customised photos for you site.

All our websites and projects are developed with search engines in mind. It is beneficial for your website to be re-evaluated every so often as, over a period of time, search engines such as Google do alter their rules and algorithms and you will want to be certain that your website is kept up to date and complies with new rules. I also offer, for an additional fee, website search engine optimisation (SEO) to help you gain the best rankings. All SEO will be discussed with you during our initial consultation..

In general you need a professionally developed static (brochure-style) website, a feature-rich dynamic website or should you be selling goods and services – i.e. an e-commerce online shop. An easy to remember domain name (website address, e.g.www.mybusiness.com) or a domain name that includes key words you wish to rank for in search engines (e.g. www.tvremotecontrols.com), and web hosting (where your website files are stored on the web) are also required. You will need the website to be uploaded to a hosting facility and this will be discussed during our initial consultation. You website will also need to be promoted online (search engines, directories) and offline (business cards, flyers, newspaper adverts etc.).

No. All prices are quoted and agreed upfront. The agreed price is strictly adhered to unless any requests are made that are outside the scope of the initial project. Any changes will be discussed and prices will be agreed prior to development of additional features.

There are many different methods that customers choose to update their websites. If your website is relatively small, consisting of just a few well-designed pages, then it would make better financial sense for me to update your pages for you on an ad hoc basis. If, however, your website is feature- rich with a lot of pages, I would advise you have a Content Management System(CMS) installed on the site. I can advise on this and develop your website using a range of online CMS solutions that allow you to quickly and efficiently update your website from anywhere in the world (with an internet connection of course!).

Yes – I can provide all the services to get your website up and running. We can register your domain name, design the website, set up your web hosting and arrange all your email accounts for you. The latter can also be set to forward to existing email addresses should you wish.

Yes I can use Flash animation as and when required. It is important to note that there are times when Flash animations can be an asset to your business. Flash is generally best used for website advertising banners, advertisements or demonstrations.

Yes I can provide you with email accounts that link to your website domain name. You may wish to have several email addresses set up e.g. sales@your-domain.com, info@your-domain.com, john.smith@your-domain.com.

We recommend you use Google Analytics to track your website's visitors, traffic sources and demographics. Should tracking be added to a website, we can set up a Google analytics account for you and install all the necessary code to allow tracking information to be provided.

Yes, all training services are offered and I am always available to my clients for any questions or further guidance you may need when learning how to use the system.

The cost of a website varies depending on the site and complexity. However, after discussing your requirements, I will provide you with a range of options that will support your budget and meet your needs. Monthly standing order payment plans are also available to help spread the cost.

The simple answer to that is - as many as you like!
